TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR THE GROSVENOR CASINO BOURNEMOUTH PROPERTY

1. DEFINITIONS
   In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Bournemouth Property" means Grosvenor Casino Bournemouth located at 48 Westover Road.
• "Grosvenor Casinos Limited" or "Company" refers to the operator of the Bournemouth Property.
• "Customer" refers to any individual who enters into a contract with the Company for gaming, food, drink, entertainment services, accommodation and/or other services provided by the Company in relation to the Bournemouth Property.

2. GAMING AND RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
   2.1. The Customer must be at least 18 years of age or older as per law.2.2. All Customers are required to provide identification upon request from staff.2.3. Gambling is provided for entertainment purposes only and the Company reserves the right to restrict or refuse any customer participation in gaming activities.2.4. The Customer must not engage in any form of gaming activity that would be considered irresponsible, excessive or problematic.

3. BOOKING AND ADMISSION
   3.1. The Customer must be present at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled booking time for table games and poker room bookings, as slots are available throughout the opening hours.3.2. All Customers may be required to purchase a membership card before participating in gaming activities.

4. TERMS OF USE
   4.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by the Company at the Bournemouth Property.4.2. The Customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions, any applicable laws, rules and regulations and directives issued from time to time by regulatory authorities (as applicable).4.3. The Customer is responsible for their actions on the premises of the Bournemouth Property.

5. PAYMENT TERMS
   5.1. All gaming wins will be credited directly onto a customer's Grosvenor Poker account.5.2. Gaming losses will not be refundable or reimbursable in any circumstances, save to the extent that such return is mandated by law as applicable.

6. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF CONTRACT
   6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate this contract and refuse entry to any customer at its sole discretion.6.2. Any termination or suspension of these Terms and Conditions will be notified in writing (if necessary).

7. SECRECY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
   The Customer must not disclose confidential information relating to other customers, gaming results, operational details and/or the internal workings and methods used by the Company.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
   These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, whether written or oral.

10. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to customers; by using or accessing any facilities of the Bournemouth Property after an amendment has been made shall be deemed acceptance of such change(s).

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    By entering into a contract with the Company, each Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

12. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED BY REGULATORS
    The Bournemouth Property is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) under licence number xxxxx issued on yyyy in accordance with the provisions of the Gaming Act 2005, as amended from time to time.
